We deliver to below areas within two hours: Oakland, Hayward, San Jose, San Mateo, San Pablo, Richmond, Berkeley, San Leandro, Union City, Fremont, San Francisco, Newark, Milpitas, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Half Moon Bay, Livermore & many more. In case your city is not listed above please contact us on text / Live Chat about possible delivery to your area.
We charge $5 for all deliveries. In case you follow us on Instagram, delivery charge is waived off.
Currently, we are only accepting cash on delivery payments.
Our minimum order amount for delivery is $50 before taxes and delivery fee added on. PROMO: For first 100 customers we do not have any minimum.
Recreational: Users over the age of 21 are required to pay 9.25% local sales tax + 15% state excise tax + 10% excise tax= 34.25%. Medical: Medical patients with a state recognized doctors recommendation can be 18 years old or older is required to pay 9.25% local sales tax + 15% state excise tax + 5% local excise tax= 29.25% tax. Medical: Prop 64, Medical patients that carry a California State issued Medical Card (MMIC) are required to pay 14.25% excise tax.
Recreational: Users are allowed to purchase 1 ounce per day. Medical: Users are allowed to purchase up to 8 ounces per day.
We provide both medical and recreational delivery service.
You must register on our website (which can be through Insta/FB/Google) and be approved to place your order. For Medical use: You will have to submit proof of your MMIC. For recreational use: You will have to provide an ID showing you’re over the age of 21. Once you are approved and your account is active you are all et to place your order. Click on "Shop Online" button. Browse through our range of products & keep on adding items to your cart, you can check out to confirm your order. If you have any issues trying to place your order, please contact us on text / live chat & our team will guide you through the process.
We push ourselves to deliver patients medicine in a 2 hour time-frame from the time of order confirmation. However, it may happen that we run late on delivery due to traffic or issues out of our control. We will keep you updated with regular text in case we are running late on schedule. We also have a driver tracking system whose link will be shared with you upon order confirmation to get live status of driver.
We are open for business from 8:00am-10:00pm. We begin deliveries at 9:30am daily continuing until 10:00pm. In certain circumstances late night orders may be pushed to the following day if we are unable to deliver.
Yes, our driver will give you a call, once he has reached out to your destination & complete transactions by giving your ordered item to you.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange/return any opened products due to state regulations. For a defective product you can give us a call so we can try to sort out the problem for you as needed.
